Lead Retail Cashier

This is a leadership role focused on the retail store's front-of-house operations. The Lead Retail Cashier I manages the daily supervision of cashiers, provides staffing coverage, and handles end-of-day financial reporting. In addition to supervising, this role requires hands-on experience in cash register operation, inventory management, and maintaining a welcoming environment for guests. 

• Provides fast and friendly guest service.
• Oversees the daily supervision of cashiers and ensures adequate staffing.
• Runs end-of-shift/day financial reports and resolves variance reports from accounting.
• Verifies exchanges and voids.
• Manages inventory and maintains the overall appearance and cleanliness of the store. 

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least six months of retail experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• The ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
