As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will play a vital role in promoting our corporate image and ensuring seamless operations at the executive level.


Your Role:


As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be the primary point of contact for all matters related to the CEO, acting as a key liaison between the CEO, Board of Directors, senior leadership, and external stakeholders. You will manage a wide array of responsibilities, ensuring the CEO’s time is maximized and their initiatives are effectively communicated and executed.

Requirements

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaison and Representation: Communicate directly on behalf of the CEO with Board members, donors, foundation staff, and others regarding programmatic initiatives. Welcome visitors, review correspondence, and arrange company meetings and events.
  • Board Support: Assist the CEO with interactions with the Board of Directors, attend board and committee meetings, and maintain board records.
  • Administrative Excellence: Manage the CEO’s calendar, complete expense reports, compose correspondence, and arrange complex travel plans and meeting agendas.
  • Executive Support: Provide administrative support to the CEO, CFO and COO, coordinating schedules and maximizing productivity.
  • External Relations: Support the CEO’s external commitments, including service on boards and committees.
  • Project Management: Oversee special projects, manage time and priorities, and adjust plans as necessary.


Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Experience: Minimum of three years of professional administrative/executive assistant experience.
  • Communication: Strong oral and written communication skills, including drafting correspondence and interacting with staff at all levels.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
