JOB SUMMARY

Assist Operations Production Teams in scheduling customer interviews, follow-up calls, and additional administrative duties.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Contact customers to schedule interviews and follow up calls with Loan Consultants and Loan Processors. May have up to 50  to 100 calls per day.

  • Perform various administrative tasks including setting up loan files, reconciling loan disclosures, and updating systems.

  • Collaborate with field and builder partners to schedule interviews with customers

  • Performs various administrative tasks as required.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • Minimum High School diploma or equivalent

  • Proven strong customer service / phone skills

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

  • Must possess superior organizational and time management skills.

Salary range: $22.00 hourly. This position is also will also be eligible for monthly incentives based on the successful completion of defined performance objectives.
