Logic20/20 is seeking an experienced Senior HR Generalist with a solid foundation in the nuts and bolts of HR service delivery. Our HR department is well respected across the organization and is recognized as an approachable, thoughtful, customer-centric team providing insight and guidance to colleagues at every level in the company. This role provides an opportunity to drive and support the company’s long-term vision and impact the continued growth of a seven-time “Best Place to Work” consulting organization. The ideal candidate will support operational and business goals by providing a broad range of HR services in the functional areas: employee relations, training, performance management, policy implementation, employment law, organizational development, benefits, safety and regulatory compliance and administration.

What you’ll be doing
- Acts as a trusted advisor and coach to key stakeholders and leadership teams. Builds deep understanding and relationships
- Promote an inclusive workplace by advising managers and supervisors on employee relations issues; including conflict resolution, performance improvement and related matters consistent with HR policy and practice
- Acts as a mediator, counselor, and facilitator in helping to resolve employee relations and performance issues
- Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations and conduct investigations
- Facilitates Visa processing and management for assigned business practices, partnering with outside counsel
- Facilities annual performance cycle, talent reviews, succession and development planning ensuring follow-up programs are delivered
- Identify, develop, facilitate development opportunities and training programs to ensure growth opportunities for our employees.
- Coach and support leaders in the development of performance improvement plans; provide one-on-one support as needed
- Interact daily with management and Logicians to ensure open line of communication is maintained in order to identify and address any issues, needs, and/or concerns as they arise
- Oversee the leave management process, including FMLA, disability, and other forms of time-off requests. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to leaves of absence
- Manage the employment life-cycle including ensuring that the on-boarding and exit process and administration across all practices are completed in a timely and accurate manner
