Sr. Lead Digital Product Management - Wires and Me2me Products

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Sr. Lead Digital Product Manager to join the Wires and Me2me Product Management and Development team, part of the CSBB Payments Group. This role reporting directly to the Head of Wires and Me2me Product Management will be responsible for the overall management of the product roadmap for Wires, Inter-bank Transfers, and Mobile Deposit. This leader will be responsible for working and leading cross-functional teams delivering product enhancements across channels and products. This leader will act with a sense of urgency to ensure the highest impact work is continually being prioritized, development issues are quickly worked through, and that work is constantly being prioritized to focus on continuous improvement and delivery of business results. Additional responsibilities include aligning work to the CSBB strategic plan, participating in big room planning efforts across groups, and identifying areas to work more effiecently..

In this role, you will:

• Own, define, and drive the Wires, Transfers, and Mobile deposit roadmaps across all impacted channels and groups

• Manage engagement with key internal stakeholders across the organization including Technology, Digital, Operations, Independent Risk Management, and Legal

• Analyze work against capacity to continually evaluate opportunities to drive greater business impact and reprioritize the roadmap as appropriate

• Ensure compliance with applicable internal policies and regulations

• Collaborate with and influence stakeholders at various level across the organization from junior individuals to senior leaders and their directs

• Conduct value-based analysis to optimize revenue, positive customer experiences, while reducing opportunities for fraud and scam loss

• Act with a sense of urgency to maintain a daily pulse on change management and ensure business outcomes are being delivered

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Background and experience with Wire Transfers, digital Account Funding, Transfers (e.g. ACH, Instant), Mobile Deposit

• Strong understanding of compliance requirements related to payment products ( e.g. Reg-E, UDAP)

• Experience managing an agile roadmap that is delivered upon by numerous partner organizations

• Financial services experience specifically in retail banking.

• Expert verbal, written and presentation skills; must be able to effectively communicate and broker agreements amongst diverse, differing, competing, and/or conflicting perspectives/priorities

• Strong Analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to effectively communicate, create and deliver dynamic presentations to all levels of the organization

• Ability to create clear and compelling presentations with exceptional strategic "storytelling" skills.

• Exceptional organization, coordination, and time management skills

Job Expectations:

• Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening

• This position offers a hybrid work schedule

• Ability to travel up to 25% of time

Salary Range:

Minnesota: $114,300- $262,600 annually

Actual salary is determined by location, experience and qualifications of the job.

$120,400.00 - $250,000.00
