Position:                    Maintenance Technician
Reports to:                Director of Manufacturing Operations
FLSA Status:              Non-Exempt
Department:             Facility Management
Location/Shift:         Monroe, Ohio / 1st Shift
 

Position Summary:

• Primary role will be carried out at the Monroe Plant.
• Receives oral or written orders from Production Managers.
• Performs routine and extensive preventative maintenance and repair procedures on Company building and property, mechanical equipment and utility systems.
• Completes daily, weekly and monthly checklists on building equipment maintenance procedures and maintains records of scheduled maintenance procedures. 
• Maintain warehouse and grounds in neat, clean, orderly condition.
• Performs work according to standard procedure and by building's operational schedule.
• Act professionally and perform in an efficient manner to ensure an effective use of Company time and resources.
• Must possess a valid Driver License
• Performs other tasks and completes various projects as assigned.

• Must have adequate knowledge of electronics, electrical, mechanical devices, and systems.
• Must be able to read and follow schematics and manuals.
• Safety minded with basic knowledge of LOTO.
• Aptitude to produce high quality work and pay close attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Capability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Ability to sit, stand, and/or walk for prolonged periods of time.
