HOW A BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST ADVISOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

• Develop a thorough understanding of the requirements then apply industry best practices and detailed knowledge of Salesforce to design an optimal solution
• Facilitate software enhancement estimation processes to provide accurate levels of estimate for upcoming tasks and/or change requests.
• Coordinate and facilitate communication between team and various stakeholders
• Facilitate development teams understanding of the client environment and needs as priorities shift
• Help the team and client make decisions based on long-term and short-term aspects of the engagement
• Gather requirements and highlight dependencies within the existing implementation
• Work effectively in a multi-contractor environment
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Development Manager, Development Team, Business Analysts, and other Agile team members to solve complex policy and system integration involving activities across several Salesforce Orgs
• Participate in the full application life cycle - design, development, testing, and deployment

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree, 5+ years of experience
• Salesforce experience including an understanding of Salesforce implementation, customization and integrations
• Experience creating written documentation for different stakeholders (e.g., leadership, offices)
• Experience with the aspects of Change Management and the ITIL processes
• US Citizenship required
• Department of Energy BAO required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Background in Management Consulting, helping clients solve specific challenges or roadmap strategies to obtain mission objectives
• Experience as a Scrum Master
• ITIL Foundation certification
• Working knowledge of and experience with complex business systems integration

The likely salary range for this position is $84,150 - $113,850. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
