IT Infrastructure Analyst

What You'll Do

Ready to help shape and support the technical backbone of a growing firm? At Cohen & Co, we’re looking for an IT Infrastructure Analyst to join our Infrastructure Team and support critical systems and network operations across the organization. In this role, you’ll assist in monitoring, maintaining, and securing infrastructure systems, and act as a key contributor to technical troubleshooting and documentation. If you're detail-oriented, collaborative, and driven to solve problems efficiently, we’d be excited to have you on our team! 

 

Network & System Support 

• Assist with implementing a network infrastructure based on organizational requirements 

• Monitor network performance, system availability, and reliability 

• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, including hardware and software problems 

• Conduct regular network maintenance and updates to hardware and software 

 

Documentation & Tools 

• Help document network configurations, processes, and procedures 

• Support the firm’s implementation and monitoring of physical Access Control Systems 

 

Cross-Team Communication 

• Communicate technical progress, issues, and solutions within an agile team 

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective and secure network operations 

 

Who You Are

Required: 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or 1-3 years of related work experience. 

• 1+ years’ experience working in a technology role as a user support or network administration analyst. 

• Knowledge of network protocols, including: 

• • TCP/IP 

• • DNS 

• • DHCP 

• Knowledge of physical Access Control Systems. 

• Prior experience working with network hardware (routers, switches, and firewalls) 

• Understanding of network monitoring and management tools. 

• Proficiency in network hardware and software configuration. 

• Understanding of operating systems, networks and services. 

• Ability to take ownership of tasks within projects and see them through to completion. 

• Ability to communicate work progress and issues within an agile team and to other individuals at the firm. 

• Available for on-call shifts and after-hours support as needed  

Location 

• Akron or Cleveland, OH 

• Frequent travel to other various firm locations required 

• Hybrid work environment

Estimated Salary Range:  $45,000-65,000*
