Responsibilities: supporting product migration project on Customer service side, taking care of one or at least two products admin sites, helping CS team to get their daily job done, making sure that contracts are correctly set up, adding user logins to the contracts and customers in level 1 questions. 
This is a one year FTC to support a product migration project.

Responsibilities:

• taking care of one or two products admin sites
• helping the CS Team to get their daily job done
• making sure that contracts are correctly set up
• adding user logins to the contracts
• mastering knowledge of the product to be able to help the customers with level 1 questions

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Good understanding of how an online solution works
• Conversation level English and fluent Hungarian language skills
• You like a role with a very structured and repeatable daily routine
