About the Role: As a Product Manager in the AI Technology space, you will be a key driver in the development and adoption of AI solutions within a business segment. You will be responsible for shaping the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, while collaborating with the business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to bring these solutions to life. Your expertise in AI technologies, along with strong product management skills, will be crucial in shaping the future of our innovative products. Responsibilities: - Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our AI technology solutions. - Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, data scientists, engineers, and designers, to develop and execute product plans that cater to the specific needs of business teams. - Conduct market and business research using analysis to identify customer needs and opportunities for innovation in commercial business data analysis. - Drive the development and implementation of machine learning algorithms and models tailored for generative AI solutions on top of business data. - Utilize data analytics and customer feedback to make informed product decisions and continuously improve existing solutions. - Ensure seamless integration and compatibility of Generative AI technology with existing commercial finance systems and platforms. - Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and drive product adoption and success. Essential Skills: - Strong understanding and experience in AI technology, including knowledge of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and deep learning frameworks in the context of finance data. - Proven track record in product management, with experience in building and launching successful AI-driven financial products. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive product decisions in the assigned business domain. - Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in the business. - Strategic mindset, with the ability to think creatively and identify new opportunities for innovation using AI technology in business. - Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in the context of business data analysis. - Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in Generative AI technology and a keen interest in applying it to real-world commercial business problems. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred - 5-10 years of experience in product management, AI technology, or related fields, with a focus on business or financial data. - Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, data infrastructure, and scalable architectures - Experience working in an Agile development environment and familiarity with Agile methodologies At Walmart, we offer competitive pay as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet.
