We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead Oracle Health’s Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) and Post-Incident Review (PIR) programs. This role will drive cross-functional alignment, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen operational reliability, product quality, and customer trust.
You will partner with engineering, operations, and compliance teams to ensure high-quality execution of root cause analysis, corrective action planning, and organizational learning following critical incidents and systemic issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mature the CAPA governance program, ensuring timely investigation, action planning, and closure of issues with measurable outcomes.
- Drive the Post-Incident Review process across product and operations teams to ensure consistent root cause analysis, documentation quality, and accountability.
- Develop and maintain a standardized framework for CAPA and PIR processes, metrics, and reporting.
- Facilitate cross-functional reviews with leadership to ensure high-risk or recurring issues are addressed through structured improvement plans.
- Track and report program health, trends, and outcomes to executive stakeholders, identifying systemic risks and opportunities for process optimization.
- Partner with Quality, Change Management, and Service Reliability teams to embed preventive controls and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Maintain audit readiness and compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements related to CAPA and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in program or process management within software, healthcare, or regulated environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in root cause analysis, and operational governance frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills across technical and leadership audiences.
Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $90,100 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
