Your team

You’ll be working on the newly established Global Access Desk in Miami, supporting advisors who cover the LatAm region. The Global Access Desk is part of Wealth Management US and is a partnership model focused on existing client relationships of the firm through the firms existing collaboration programs. As a Registered Client Service Associate, you’ll play an important role in servicing clients and providing operational and administrative support to advisors on the desk.

Your expertise

• series 7 and 66 licenses required
• ideally 5+ years of experience in a client associate or similar role
• bachelor degree preferred
• excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
• detail oriented (nothing gets past you)
• proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• some experience with KYC/AML topics
• excellent communication skills in English
• additional languages: ability to work and converse in Spanish and/or Portuguese
