About the Role:
In this opportunity you will:
- Performs highly responsible and professional secretarial and administrative services
- Support day to day administrative tasks for highest levels of senior executives to enhance the efficiency of the business
- Schedule calendar appointments (Outlook), meetings and travel itineraries
- Schedule extensive domestic and international travel arrangements, prepare expense reports and assist with meeting agendas
- Plan and Coordinate team events, enterprise meetings and other special events
About You:
You're a fit for the role if you have:
- 5+ years experience supporting at the senior executive leadership level in a large corporate environment
- 5+ years advanced level experience in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Project, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Visio
- Experience organizing global & domestic in-person and virtual meetings and team events with strong project coordination skills
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills
- Ability to work in a highly complex ambiguous environment
- Sense of urgency in managing situations that require quick turnaround and ability to prioritize constant workload
- Ability to work under a tight timelines and proven track record of achieving/exceeding expectations
- Resourceful and discrete in handling confidential information
- Sense of humor, team player and ability to work with a diverse team
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree
