The Senior Credit Analyst Position The RM Credit Analyst is responsible for reporting on, implementing and improving processes within the Credit, Billing, Payment Processing and Collections function. This position is accountable to ensure processes in the outlined functions are timely and accurate.   The position will also be accountable for helping develop new processes as new products are placed into market.  The position will analyze trends in collection results and recommend/ implement credit procedures to improve future A/R results.  The position will also be responsible for developing and supporting reports that define and monitor Collections and Credit/ Under-writing controls and results. Senior Credit Analyst Responsibilities·        Gather and review existing results in Collections and recommend changes in Credit policy to reduce bad debt expense and outstanding A/R on future acquisitions·        Simplify the billing procedures to facilitate fast and effective processing of the bills·        Enhance and execute the weekly reporting suite for Revenue Management ·        Create requirements documents and test processes that are currently manual as they move to automated in the new customer service platform ·        Eliminate processes that lead to wastage of time and resources and improve time and cost effectiveness of the system·        Analyze the bad debt accounts and calculate the total loss suffered by the organization (in static pool format) and recommend improvements to credit and under-writing policy. ·        Coordinate with the third parties such as collections agencies and banks while improving the current manual processes with those institutions into a more automated solution·        Assist management in achieving the internal Revenue and A/R targets on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis·        Extensive billing and collections research as required·        Performother dutiesas assigned    Minimum Requirements ·        Minimum of 3-5 years related credit/reporting/ collections experience.·        Bachelor’s Degree required·        Expert experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)·        Experiencing meeting and achieving core credit and under-writing KPIs·        Detail-oriented, ability to work within deadlines·        Experience delivering financial and/or operational reports and results weekly and monthly·        Experience in writing and developing requirements for IT to automate existing reports and functions and then taking that through the project lifecycle·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong presentation and interpersonal skills a plus
