Registered Nurse (RN) -Home Health/Hospice (PM Shift)

Central Coast Home Health is a fast-growing, locally owned and operated organization with an excellent reputation throughout San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties. We are constantly growing and now seeking a part-time or full time RN to join our Home Health & Hospice team in San Luis Obispo County.

This individual will work independently, providing care and education to our patients throughout the county in their own homes. This nurse will complete new patient admission visits as well as PRN visits. This individual must have excellent clinical nursing skills as well as strong communication and organizational abilities. Requirements include a current CA RN license, 1+ years professional nursing work experience, CPR certification, CA driver's license, reliable transportation, auto insurance and a good driving record. Home health or Hospice experience a plus.

Work schedule can be full time or part time. Shift available must be at least 3 shifts per week, 5 PM-1:30 AM, days are negotiable!
