Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 12.5%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 12.5%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

The VP, Commercial Change Management will lead and manage strategic change initiatives in the Commercial organization's lending and credit areas. This role is focused on implementing business transformations, system upgrades, process improvements, and regulatory changes. The VP will collaborate with leadership, operations, credit, portfolio management and servicing to drive organizational changes and integrate new practices and technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead change management strategies specific to commercial lending and credit functions
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align transformation efforts with business goals
  • Identify and implement process improvements across the lending and credit lifecycle
  • Oversee the design and deployment of new systems to improve efficiency and customer experience
  • Work with leaders in lending, credit risk, operations, compliance, and IT to ensure smooth execution of change initiatives
  • Build relationships with stakeholders to ensure communication and address concerns
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies in change management efforts
  • Collaborate with compliance and risk teams to incorporate emerging risks into strategies
  • Develop communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged
  • Lead training programs to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes
  • Establish KPIs to assess the effectiveness of change management efforts
  • Monitor progress, adjust strategies, and leverage feedback for improvements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in Business, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Relevant certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP)
  • 8+ years in change management or process improvement, with at least 5 years in commercial lending or credit
  • Expertise in lending and credit processes, including underwriting, risk management, and collections
  • Proven experience in leading large-scale change initiatives in regulated industries
  • Experience with digital transformation in lending and credit services is a plus
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and data-driven decision-making preferred
