Job Responsibilities
The Policy Services Associate will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Carrying out all duties related to policy processing
Entering endorsements
Processing cancellations, reissues and renewals
Reviewing daily reports for errors
Preparing correspondences
Researching problems
Adding and rating new submissions
Preferred Knowledge
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A high level of organizational skills and attention to detail
Solid computer skills
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree a plus, but not required
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Entering text or data into a computer or other machine by means of a traditional keyboard.

In accordance with pay transparency laws and regulations, the following good faith starting compensation is being provided. The starting compensation for this position is $16 per year. Final compensation will be based on candidate qualifications, geographic location, and other considerations permitted by law.
