Global Supply Analyst, Service Supply Chain

We are currently seeking a Global Supply Analyst, supporting Service (After-Sales) Supply Chain organization. The Global Supply Analyst will play a crucial role in managing the procurement process to ensure the efficient acquisition of goods and services. The Global Supply Analyst is the key internal interface with Engineering, Finance, Logistics, Quality and Manufacturing to deliver world class products on time and cost effectively. The Global Supply Analyst must identify, develop, and manage the Global Supply Chain processes, support with purchase order and contract management. He or she will support the procurement team in establishing our global supply chain strategy, support cross-functional teams during the development and industrialization phases and drive sound business decisions throughout the product life cycle.
This role is a full-time onsite, Monday-Friday in our Arizona Service Distribution Center
You Will:
- Collaborate with GSMs, Program Managers and Engineers to identify potential suppliers with the right qualifications to meet Lucid’s expectations and timeline.
- Create RFQs, review, analyze and clarify quotations from suppliers and develop sound sourcing and business recommendations balancing cost, quality, lead-time, and technical considerations.
- Collaborate with suppliers and Engineering to release parts into production and issue POs for Prototype Parts and Prototype/Production Tooling.
- Manage supplier development and tooling timelines, part availability for prototype builds/start of production and develop solutions to delays or problems that arise.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, including pricing, deliveries, and supplier performance.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies manage the documentation for auditing purposes
- Analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to reduce expenses while maintaining quality and service standards
You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering or related field; equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, experience in Automotive/After-market supply chain is a plus
- Product launch experience preferred.
- Understanding of quality principles, product development processes, and data analysis.
- Able to show teamwork to resolve problems and a thought process to drive successful solutions.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and critical thinking skills. Passion for results, strategy, and firsthand execution.
- Creative, calculated risk taker with the ability to manage complex suppliers and resolve disputes while preserving relationships with suppliers and internal staff.
- Strong written and verbal skills as well as organizational and program management capabilities.
- Proficient in Excel, Project, Power Point, Word, ERP systems (SAP or equivalent).
