About the Role: Registered Agent Solutions, Inc. (RASi), a Wolters Kluwer company, provides tailored registered agent and corporate services to thousands of businesses worldwide.
As a Customer Service Representative (Corporate, Registered Agent Services), you will support client research, estimates, and corporate document retrievals and filings. You’ll work closely with internal teams to complete requests accurately, efficiently, and on time, and may interact directly with clients through written and verbal communication. This role occasionally involves managing orders from start to finish. To succeed, you’ll need strong organization and time‑management skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and professional communication. Hybrid: Eight days a month we come together in the closest office (CT/ET time zone) within 50 miles to experience the value of connecting with colleagues (2 days in office, 3 days remotely). Required Job Qualifications (1yrs minimum)
Experience:
- 1+ years of industry experience within the corporate and registered agent industry, or similar content knowledge from an in-house legal team, law firm, or CPA firm position.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree and/or 1-2 years’ experience in corporate services/registered agent industry.
Skills:
- Communication: Positive team player with clear and effective verbal and written communication skills with colleagues and clients.
- Customer Orientation: Ensure superior customer service is always provided and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills are required.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with the ability to accept directions well.
- Time Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, be self-directed, manage your time wisely, and work efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Product Knowledge: Fundamental understanding of the company’s products/services.
- Technical Literacy: Basic computer and software proficiency. Intermediate level skills with MS Office; Word, Excel and Outlook are required.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work well with others in a team environment whether remote, hybrid, or in office.
- Attendance and Reliability: Excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Work Environment: Able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of general corporate services in all 50 states such as, but not limited to Qualifications/Formations, Withdrawals/Dissolutions, EIN # obtainment, doc retrievals (certified, plain copies and good standing certificates/tax certificates). An added benefit would be 50 state knowledge on Mergers, Conversions, DBA's, publications, etc. but not a requirement for this position.
