</ul><div><strong>About the Role</strong></div><div>In the Prelitigation Department, you’ll play a critical role in <strong>delivering value-driven results</strong> for our clients. You’ll manage <strong>65-75 cases</strong> at any given time and work with any one of our high performing attorneys. You must have at least 3 years of Personal Injury Experience. </div><div><strong> </strong></div><div><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></div><ul>

<strong>Medically manage cases</strong> by ensuring clients receive the care they need.</li>
<li>Oversee <strong>liability, uninsured, and underinsured motorist claims</strong>.</li>
<li>Handle <strong>property damage claims</strong> and prepare <strong>demand packages</strong>.</li>
<li>Maintain <strong>clear, compassionate communication</strong> with clients throughout their journey.</li>
<li>Collaborate with <strong>attorneys and leadership</strong> to ensure optimal case outcomes.</li>
