This critical role is instrumental in driving operational excellence across the global Pricing &amp; Contracting function. <br/><br/>The analyst will leverage advanced data analysis and reporting expertise to collect, analyze, and present key performance indicators, enabling strategic decision-making and uncovering opportunities for process optimization. Ideal candidates will possess a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and demonstrate the analytical acumen necessary to transform complex data into actionable insights that propel the organization forward.<p></p><p><b>Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:</b></p><ul><li>Ensure accurate and secure data collection, management, and compliance with regulations</li><li>Use predictive modelling and machine learning to generate insights for strategic decisions</li><li>Develop and maintain Global P&amp;C Ops reporting dashboards, optimizing data pipelines</li><li>Lead analytics projects, coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve goals</li><li>Liaise with P&amp;C, business units, and audit, mentoring analysts and ensuring compliance</li><li>Drive process enhancements and effective stakeholder communication</li><li>Maintain detailed documentation of all reporting processes and methodologies</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Required Knowledge and Experience:</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 5-7 years of experience in business/data analysis</li><li>Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI; familiarity with Python/R is a plus</li><li>Skilled in analysing complex data sets and developing actionable recommendations, including SAP data validation</li><li>Experience managing large-scale projects and presenting insights to senior leadership</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset</li></ul><p>Experience in health science or regulated industries with knowledge of industry operations and skilled in data automation, cloud platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Azure), and tools like ServiceNow, Vendavo, Salesforce, or Celonis is desirable.</p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Physical Job Requirements</b><br/><br/>The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position. </p><p></p><p></p><p></p><h1><b>Benefits &amp; Compensation</b></h1><p><b>Medtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits Package</b><br/>A commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
