PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

We’re looking for a Content Design Manager who will be the driving force behind our training content, transforming learning concepts into polished, engaging resources for print and digital formats while supporting the development of Team Members across our rapidly growing brand.

In this role, you’ll partner with subject matter experts, coordinate with external vendors, and lead the charge in shaping the development of all training content. ESSENTIAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Print Content Design

• • • Designs and creates all aspects of training materials for team members, managers, multi-unit managers, operators, franchisees and support center staff
    • Responsible for maintaining and updating current training and operations manuals and tools
    • Responsible for writing creative and energetic training materials, incorporating relevant supporting imagery and graphics
    • Responsible for design and development of all written training and operational materials
    • Assist with creation of all new and limited-time product rollouts to the system
    • Create engaging, succinct, and direct messaging for operational/training materials to drive sales, guest satisfaction and more efficient operations
    • Support training team to maintain an up-to-date MIT Syllabus and any additional development tools/resources
    • Supports all training and operations initiatives and projects
    • Coordinates and supports successful partnership with print vendor to ensure all materials available are current and accurate

Digital Content Design

• Assists in developing materials to maintain Slim’s University online LMS platform
• Creates content to drive high performance, executing brand standards, while identifying and accelerating employee growth
• Assists in the development of training videos, storyboards, shot sheets, filming, and editing when necessary
• Leads custom photoshoots for materials and coursework when necessary
• Develop and maintain QR Code technologies
• Manage all files and documents within The Porch to ensure organization, accuracy, and up-to-date file presentation
• Coordinates and supports successful partnership with print vendor to ensure all materials available on the website are current and accurate
