Job Description: Sociaxe is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the planning and execution of high-impact events that drive brand awareness and client engagement. You'll work closely with our events team to coordinate logistics, manage timelines, and ensure the seamless delivery of all event elements.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of events, including conferences, product launches, and corporate gatherings.
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and other third-party partners.
• Manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics to ensure successful outcomes.
• Prepare and distribute event materials, such as invitations, agendas, and promotional content.
• Provide on-site support during events, handling any issues that arise.
• Assist in post-event evaluations and reporting to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in event planning, public relations, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with event management software is a plus.
