The Work You Will Do:

Construction Senior Project Manager - District Four/Director of Operations/District Construction/West Palm Beach Construction

 

Perform highly advanced engineering work on multiple major projects of high complexity while producing accurate records, reports, Contract Modifications, Position Papers, and accounting. Review and comment on construction plans. Visit projects regularly to review work and oversee contract staff ensuring contract compliance and traffic maintenance. Assist with training and coaching. Manage Consultant Construction Engineering and Inspection (CCEI) contracts and take charge of CCEI managed construction projects.

A Competitive Area Differential (CAD) additive in the amount of $4,222.40 will be added to the annual salary. 

 

Your Specific Responsibilities:

Performs highly advanced engineering work on multiple major projects of high complexity including high risk projects. Visits construction projects regularly to review progress of contract work and manage subordinate staff assigned to respective projects.
