We have an opportunity for a Customer Service Representative (temporary) to join our Moorpark, CA team.

You will assist our customers by processing orders, preparing correspondence, answering phones, and fulfill customer inquiries with a goal to maintain customer satisfaction.

This is a REMOTE role, taking place in the Moorpark, CA or Phoenix area. Temp position expecting to last 6-9 months with possibility for permanent work thereafter.

You will:

• Following up on orders and keeping customers informed. e.g. scheduled ship date, backorder status, part number, and description clarification
• Provide quotations, lead time, RMAs.
• Provide accurate, relevant, complete account notation in CRM.
• Able to work a flexible schedule during peak call times.
• Working with internal and external customers.

Key Qualifications: 

• High school diploma.
• Three (3) plus years of experience in Customer Service, Call Center, Customer facing role or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and Salesforce a must.

Shift:

• 1st shift, with OT and various other hours required during peak season.

Compensation:

The hourly pay for this role is: $23/hr. For this full-time (temporary) position.
