The Employer Health Solutions Coordinator is directly responsible for the coordination of the Employee Injury Program to include tracking of incident reports, filing workers compensation claims, and maintaining OSHA Logs. The Coordinator coordinates ergonomic assessments and tracks and maintains the ergonomic assessment reports. This position collects and analyzes data, assists in the development of policies and procedures and assist with billing procedures. The Coordinator performs occupational health services as needed. The coordinator assists with education, marketing, coordination, scheduling and billing of Employer Health Solutions (Occupational Health) Services with external and internal partners.Essential Job Functions:
Serves as a consultant and resource person by providing expertise on Occupational Health issues internally and externally.
Serves as the primary contact and resource and coordinates occupational health services and programming.
Assists with filing, monitoring, audits, and processing of Workers’ Compensation claims.
Coordinates the Ergonomics Program to include receiving ergonomic assessment requests, scheduling of the assessments and assuring appropriate follow-up has been completed.
Assures Altru is in compliance with all current and new regulations in regard to Workers’ Compensation and OSHA 300 Log.
Receives and documents all employee incident reports and investigation reports and assure appropriate follow-up with employee, manager, and/or ND Workforce Safety & Insurance (WSI) has been completed.
Assists with collection, analyzing and trending data. Prepares statistical reports and informs Manager of trends and variances.
Participates in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and practices and monitors compliance with the occupational health programs related policies, procedures, practices, and guidelines
Performs other duties as assigned or needed to meet the needs of the department/organization.

Education:
• Preferred: Associates - Business- OR -Associates - Healthcare- OR -Associates - Related FieldWork Experience:
• Preferred: A minimum of 2 years Related ExperienceLanguage Requirements:
