Job Responsibilities:
- Support leadership and daily production activities of assigned plant's production operations.
- Assist the assigned plant’s management team with setting goals and direction for facility.
- Support leadership by ensuring that production schedules, quality and housekeeping standards, maintenance objectives, and cost targets are achieved.
- Lead improvement projects throughout the assigned plant.
Job Qualifications:
- Must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Must have reliable means of transportation.
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office Applications
- Good analytical and communication skills required.
