Where You Will Work
Our global headquarters is in Phoenix, Arizona. Several hundred employees support global operations in finance, human resources, information technology, planning and more from the main office, satellite offices or online. As a Hybrid employee, you will collaborate primarily virtually anywhere in the U.S. except California, Connecticut, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New York, North Carolina, Oklahoma, and South Carolina. Additional states may be excluded based on business factors. Occasionally, you may be required to attend in-person meetings at our Collaboration Hub in Phoenix and/or one of our site locations. The Collaboration Hub provides an open, flexible workspace for individuals and teams to come together for various business needs. Amenities at the Hub include a working café, phone booths and meeting rooms with technology tools for virtual and in-person collaboration. In-person attendance may vary based on the position and department requirements.

Description
With limited supervision, provide a variety of advanced administrative support to the GSC Leadership Group to facilitate strategic engagements and collaboration in support of global business requirements. Provides organization wide administration of key systems and documentation in support of Supply Chain functions and processes.
- Relieve supervisor(s) of certain administrative duties in daily operations of the department. Compose a wide variety of written documents and correspondence. Prepare and type presentations, memoranda, letters, and reports. Compile statistical data and generate complex financial, budgetary and operational reports. Manages GSC Pro Card Program
- Set up and maintain complex and often confidential files, databases, records and schedules. Responsible for the GSC Master Calendar and GSC distribution and contact lists. Manages GSC computer, software and telephone requirements.
- Facilitates GSC sponsored activities. Directly supports key activities (Mine Expo, Supplier Summits, Quarterly Business Reviews) as primary organizer and facility coordinator. Coordinates with internal and external customers and the general public in all administrative functions and information requirements. Manages and directs all external solicitations to the appropriate Directorate.
- Develop and maintain operating policies, procedures, and practices. Interpret established policy and provide information for the resolution of problems. Manages GSC visitation requirements, visitation logs, and visitor orientations.
- Receive and review incoming mail. Responsible for handling responses to mail or forwarding to supervisor as necessary. Maintains GSC storage and closet inventory, performs Phoenix based warehouse responsibilities. Responsible for GSC admin onboarding of new employees and interns.
- Make travel and lodging arrangements and reservations including travel documentation and medical screening coordination and tracking. Prepare, submit and coordinate travel and expense reports.
- Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Five (5) years administrative/secretarial experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- Supply chain, warehouse, logistics experience
Criteria/Conditions:
- Personal protective equipment is required when performing work in a mine, outdoor, manufacturing or plant environment, including hart hat, hearing protection, safety glasses, safety footwear, and as needed, respirator, rubber steel-toe boots, protective clothing, gloves and any other protective equipment as required.
