What You’ll Do

The East Coast Regional EHS Manager will be directly accountable for all data centers in their region.  As the Regional Manager, you will support operational EHS compliance, encompassing regulatory requirements and company policies. This is a hands-on position that requires regular travel to visit all data centers in the region to provide training, walk-throughs, inspections, risk assessments, coaching, performance follow-ups, and any additional support required at each site.

The Regional Manager will establish a network within their region for EHS support, fostering an integrated culture where everyone is accountable for EHS at all levels of the organization. You will also support the integration of EHS into operational procedures and area management responsibilities.

In this role, you are directly responsible for managing the quality of all applicable EHS programs, including but not limited to event reporting, investigation, and CAPAs, regulatory reporting, and all federal, state, and local EHS program expectations.

You will work closely with EHS and operational leadership to develop EHS management systems and establish operational objectives.     

CoreWeave EHS Organization supports all global CoreWeave functions beyond operations. This position, as part of the Global EHS function, will also support all business operations across the company as assigned.

About the Role:

The East Coast Regional EHS Manager operates within a matrixed organization, where alignment and collaboration are crucial to fostering effective stakeholder relationships. You will establish strong relationships at all levels of operations with peers, Regional Leaders, and the Extended Leadership Team, both within EHS, Operations, Development, and Office Management. You will be a key partner with data center managers, EHS- IT, EHS cross-functional teams, and operational knowledge management.

Who You Are: 

  • Recognize actual and potential hazards in the workplace.
  • Single point of contact to support EHS issues or emergencies for their sites.
  • Establishing and managing EHS objectives and expectations of their sites.
  • Propose and support the implementation of corrective actions and monitor completion.
  • Foster a culture of learning and technical EHS expertise across.
  • EHS Operational performance of assigned region. 
  • Established cadence for site visits and virtual touch points of all sites assigned responsibility. 
  • Reporting/recording regulatory and company compliance requirement. 
  • Manage and maintain working relationships with Co-location partners, Providers, Facilities management.
  • Act as the sites technical EHS resource expert and seek additional tech support as needed internally and externally as appropriate.
  • Implement and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and CoreWeave expectations.
  • Additional EHS support as requested.
  • Travel up to 50%.

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in an Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) field. 
  • 7+ years of related experience in a technical, industrial, or mission-critical environment.
  • Knowledge in OSHA and environmental regulations at the Federal level, with experience navigating state and local regulations.
  • Proven technical EHS experience in regulatory reporting, dashboard, and management systems.
  • Proven technical EHS generalist in safety, health, and environmental program management.
  • Demonstrated experience in executing tactical EHS program elements.   
  • Technical expertise in Safety, Health, Environmental, and Sustainability.
