The Opportunity:

Looking for an opportunity to leverage your Human Capital experience to help organizations understand and motivate their people? Looking to grow into a leader? Our team is looking for someone with applied experience in the areas of human capital, strategic planning, or industrial and organizational psychology.

You will use your experience and expertise to deliver strategic, data-driven solutions to clients in a variety of contexts across the Human Capital lifecycle. You must have interest and demonstrate strong experience in collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data, including both quantitative and qualitative, as well as clearly communicating your findings to senior client leaders.

You Have: 

• 5+ years of experience with human capital, strategic planning, or industrial and organizational psychology 

• 3+ years of experience collecting, analyzing, and visualizing organizational or workforce-focused data 

• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office, including the development of reports in PowerPoint and Word and analyzing data in Excel 

• 1+ year of experience with leading small teams comprised of 1-2 employees 

• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance 

• Bachelor's degree 

 

Nice If You Have: 

• 2+ years of experience supporting federal agencies, programs, and clients 

• 2+ years of experience with designing and leading data gathering activities, including interviews, focus groups, and surveys 

• 2+ years of experience with organizational effectiveness, organizational design and alignment, or organizational culture 

• Secret clearance

• Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychology

• Change Management Certification

• Leadership Coach Certification
