Job Description

Xplor is seeking a Business Change Manager, NAM to focus on high-impact / high-value change management initiatives in the US. Reporting to Xplor’s  Senior Business Change Mgr, you’ll be responsible for a portfolio of projects which fit within the US and global strategy. This is a new role, created to recognise the demand for change management and the delivery of a significant business transformation; particularly to orchestrate the GTM cadence in F&W NAM, the development of a target operating model in region and the need to implement Business Readiness protocols on the US platforms. Essential to the role is experience in delivering change in complex and multi-functional settings, as well being able to develop strong artefacts which enable swift and meaningful decision making. The ideal candidate would have experience in delivery in a SAAS or technology environment. The role will have three areas of focus: (1) Execution of strategically important projects in the US, (2) Champion the use of business change best practices (3) Implement solutions which enable a state of operational maturity

Qualifications

• Must have experience in delivering strategic initiatives at both a local and enterprise level
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.  An ability to create compelling documentation which leads to clear and unambiguous decision making
• Analytical skills – able to develop business cases and revenue projections based on change
• Proficient in MS Office as well as other planning and change management tools and frameworks
• Strong organisational and programme/project skills – able to deliver results in the face of shifting priorities, deadlines and demands
• Team player – able to coordinate resources and manage interdependencies across geographies and functions
• Strong interpersonal and motivational skills and ability to build productive relationships throughout existing and acquired companies
• The average base salary pay range for this position is $100,000 to $112,000
• May be eligible for a discretionary bonus

• The average base salary pay range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000
• May be eligible for a discretionary bonus
