At Interwell Health we are using Salesforce to drive efficiencies in our clinical operations, as we deliver on our mission to improve outcomes while driving costs down, in the kidney care space. We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Production Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with extensive experience in managing, maintaining and providing user support for Salesforce applications. In this role, you will be responsible for gaining a deep understanding of how Salesforce is being used by our teams, providing expert-level production support, troubleshooting issues, optimizing processes, and collaborating with our product team to ensure the seamless operation of our Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level production support for our Salesforce applications, including identifying, diagnosing, and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and our product team to understand and address user-reported issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Monitor system performance, data integrity, platform limits, and user activity to proactively identify potential issues and areas for improvement.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex issues related to data synchronization, integrations, workflows, and customizations.
  • Work closely with Salesforce administrators and developers to implement enhancements, bug fixes, and updates to the Salesforce environment.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of best practices for incident management, change management, and release management processes.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of documentation, including knowledge articles, support guides, and training materials.
  • Mentor junior members of the support team and provide guidance on Salesforce best practices.
  • Stay current with Salesforce updates, releases, and industry trends to identify, recommend and implement improvements and changes driven by updates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce production support, with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration, components, and features.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, or Salesforce Platform App Builder are highly desirable.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Strong understanding of data integration concepts, REST and SOAP APIs, and third-party integrations and tools such as Postman.
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and Process Builder.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
