Marmon is now seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals, including network administrators, system administrators, and desk-side support technicians. This role involves ensuring the availability and reliability of network, server, and storage systems, implementing security measures to protect company data, and providing technical support to end-users.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and implement IT infrastructure strategies and plans for cloud (Azure & AWS), SaaS applications, and network security
• Manage, train, and optimize performance for Corporate team of desk-side support technicians and collaborate with the cybersecurity team
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network, server, and storage systems
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure maximum uptime
• Implement security measures and best practices to protect company data and infrastructure
• Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting software and hardware issues and resolving escalated tickets
• Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades and migrations
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for hardware, software, and services
• Develop and maintain documentation of IT systems and processes
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices

What You'll Bring to the Role:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
• 5-7 years of IT infrastructure and helpdesk experience
• Proven experience in IT infrastructure management, including network, server, and storage systems
• Demonstrated experience using Zendesk, ServiceNow, and similar service platforms
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and security best practices
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize projects and allocate resources effectively
• Relevant certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or VMware Certified Professional (VCP) are a plus
