About the Role

In this role as Senior Financial Controller, you will manage the Swedish operations and ensure accurate financial reporting in compliance with Swedish legal requirements and US GAAP. You will oversee payroll, manage General Ledger accounts, support audits, tax reporting, and intercompany transactions, and participate in local and global finance projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead General Ledger and month-end close activities. 

• Manage payroll accounting in collaboration with external providers. 

• Support audits, tax reporting, and intercompany transactions. 

• Participate in local and global finance projects. 

• Serve as back-up to the Accounting & Controlling Lead.

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting/finance; CPA is a plus.

• Advanced Swedish and English language skills.

• Experience with SAP FI/CO and Excel

• Strong analytical skills, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
