The D365 Program/System Manager will be focused on managing, supporting, and leading both the D365 implementation effort on behalf of C&B, and the ongoing support of the system and end users from a functional perspective. Initially focused on the Spring 2026 go-live ensuring a hands-on approach to implementation in phase 1 so they can lead future phases over time. The incumbent will also be responsible for working with teams post implementation to address any issues and configuration challenges and ensure proper functional use of the tools. The D365 Program/System Manager is expected to engage with teams onsite and in person which may require travel of up to 50% of the time.
Essential Functions
• Overall program management – Single point of contact ‘owner’ of the system
• Oversee and ensure proper functional design – working with stakeholders and sponsors regularly
• Resident expert on the operation of the completed system – includes all processes (quote to cash, work order to cash, CRM)
• Administrator of the user experience – includes interfaces, processes and functional roles, and training
• Platform management – patches, updates, solution deployment pipelines
• Analytics & Reporting – Enable self service capabilities for users as well as standard operational reporting
Minimum Qualifications
• Minimum have 10 years of hands on experience with Microsoft tools and platforms
• Direct Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 including implementation
• Microsoft D365 certifications in F&O, CE, FS, BC, CRM
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Demonstrated computer skills including an understanding of networks and topology
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including external and internal communication (written and verbal)skills
• Demonstrate a desire to learn the industry that C&B serves
• Willing and able to work a flexible schedule when required to meet our customer’s needs (nights, weekends, over-night, etc.)
• Present oneself in a professional and neat manner
• Solid organization, attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal skill required with the ability to communicate and understand detailed instructions

The role frequently involves sitting, walking, standing, using hands to handle or feel, and reaching with arms and hands.

This position operates primarily in a professional office environment. It routinely involves the use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, copiers, and filing systems. Occasional business travel may be required.
