Senior UX Researcher

Your role will be critical in </span><span>supporting the organization’s transition towards a mindset of</span><b><b> innovation, experimentation, and user-centered </b></b><b><b>design</b></b><span>. As a Senior UX Researcher, you will lead efforts to uncover valuable user insights that will shape the </span><span>development of new products, services, and business models, helping the company adapt to a rapidly </span><span>evolving market.</span></p><p></p><p><span>In addition to robust research expertise, we are looking for a candidate who excels in</span><b><b> leadership, teamwork, </b></b><b><b>and collaboration</b></b><span>, and can communicate complex ideas effectively to diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in </span><b><b>English</b></b><span> is mandatory.</span></p><p></p><p><b><span>Key Responsibilities:</span></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Lead user research projects aimed at supporting the company’s shift toward a culture of innovation and </span><span>experimentation, influencing key decisions around efficiency and efficacy to keep a fast response to </span><span>market's constant changes</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborate with designers, product managers, business stakeholders, IT staff and overall leadership to </span><span>integrate user insights into the development process and encourage an <span>experimentation-driven</span> approach</span></p></li><li><p><span>Utilize a variety of </span><b><b>qualitative and quantitative research methods</b></b><span> to gather deep insights into user </span><span>needs, behaviors, and pain points, and translate them into actionable recommendations</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support and advocate for user-centered design principles within a traditionally structured organization, </span><span>influencing leadership and team members to adopt new ways of thinking</span></p></li><li><p><span>Facilitate workshops, design sprints, and co-creation sessions to promote collaboration and foster a </span><span>mindset of innovation across the organization</span></p></li><li><p><span>Mentor junior researchers and non-research team members on best practices for user research and </span><span>experimentation</span></p></li><li><p><span>Present research findings and recommendations to leadership and other stakeholders in a clear and </span><span>compelling manner, driving alignment on product strategies</span></p></li><li><p><span>Stay informed about worldwide industry trends, emerging tools, and methodologies to continually bring </span><span>fresh ideas to the team</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:</span></b></p><ul><li><p><b><b>Mnimum Bachelor’s degree in Design,</b></b><span> or a related field</span></p></li><li><p><b><b>5+ years </b></b><span>of experience in design-related practices, including UX research, with a strong track record of </span><span>applying research to support digital transformation efforts</span></p></li><li><p><span>Expertise in </span><b><b>qualitative and quantitative research methodologies,</b></b><span> with experience in working within </span><span>traditional corporate environments that are transitioning to innovative, <span>user-driven/experimentation</span> </span><span>approaches</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate </span><span>complex research insights to a wide range of audiences</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with </span><b><b>design thinking</b></b><span> or similar frameworks aimed at fostering creativity and innovation within </span><span>established organizations</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proven experience leading cross-functional teams through collaborative workshops, research synthesis </span><span>sessions, and user-focused brainstorming activities</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong </span><b><b>stakeholder management skills</b></b><span> and the ability to influence teams across various departments to </span><span>embrace experimentation and data-driven decision-making</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to manage multiple projects and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Soft Skills:</span></b></p><ul><li><p><b><b>Leadership: </b></b><span>Adept at guiding teams through change, mentoring junior team members, and influencing </span><span>senior leadership to embrace a culture of user-centered design and experimentation</span></p></li><li><p><b><b>Collaboration:</b></b><span> Proven experience working across departments and breaking down silos in traditional </span><span>corporate environments, fa
