Job Description:As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions that align with the needs of our organization. This role demands deep technical excellence and understanding of the Salesforce platform, and an ability to design robust, scalable solutions, integrating Salesforce with other technologies.
This role requires the hired candidate to go through public clearance. A minimum of 3 years of stay in the U.S. within the last 5 years is a must to be eligible to qualify for public trust clearance sponsorship.

Job Description:As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions that align with the needs of our organization. This role demands deep technical excellence and understanding of the Salesforce platform, and an ability to design robust, scalable solutions, integrating Salesforce with other technologies.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and translate complex business requirements into feasible, efficient Salesforce solutions.
- Lead the architecture and design for Salesforce solutions, ensuring they align with enterprise architecture standards and principles, leveraging standard platform capabilities, and minimizing customizations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business, product, and IT teams, to develop a comprehensive view of our organization's strategy, processes, and information technology assets.
- Develop and maintain the Salesforce solution architecture, ensuring it aligns with the company's future-state architecture vision.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, from solution design through to deployment, and post-deployment support.
- Develop technical plans and strategies with other IT leaders and conduct architectural and engineering review meetings.
- Stay up to date on the latest Salesforce features and functionality and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Foster a culture of sharing knowledge and best practices with the team.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, IT, or related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in Salesforce architecture, with a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, including its capabilities, limitations, and latest updates.
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent Salesforce certification is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via Salesforce technology.
- Strong understanding of how to build and support highly scalable and reliable solutions on Salesforce platform.
- Exceptional ability to communicate and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from end-users to executive leadership.
Skills
- Expert knowledge of Salesforce.com, including functional knowledge of Sales, Service, Experience Cloud and other core Clouds. Experience in Health Cloud or Health care domain is preferred.
- Proven experience with Salesforce development tools and techniques. Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Design System (LDS), and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they pertain to Salesforce.
- Demonstrated experience in Salesforce architecture with focus on Security, Identity and Access Management, Deployments & Release Management, Data Architecture, Integration with other systems, use of Middleware Solutions, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex issues with innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to learn new technologies and deliver them effectively through existing platforms.
