WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Monitor the operational day-to-day aspects of Technical Operations Center service dispatch through check-ins with personnel, monitoring queues, tasks and dashboards, and overall admin support to the service globally.  

• Monitor TOC task queues and dashboards for triage, assignment, and escalations.  
• Apply necessary tagging and update priorities here needed to push work orders to completion. 
• Coordinate and schedule vendor onsite work orders for both embedded and outside security providers. 
• Work closely with internal Facilities and Physical Security to align with client policies and site requirements. 
• Tracks open work orders with vendors and security providers to complete projects 
• Signs off on completed projects for client billing 
• Attends all client and Service Dispatch meetings/syncs 
• Keeps minutes and documents action items 

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Computer knowledge of the google suite, drive or MSSuite, Excel, Word PIvot tables, trackers, formulas, dropdowns.  
• Ticketing systems 
• Excellent communications skills
• Need to feel comfortable working with all levels and technical operations. 
• Scheduling and customer service skills
• Self-starter, self-motivator, good time management

NICE TO HAVE:

• Automated warehouse management software
• Background in Security environment.  
• Bank/mall know the Security world.
