You will support the development and maintenance of the CoCA framework (processes, tools, governance, reporting) and provide key stakeholders with appropriate information, analyses, and recommendations.</p> <p><br/> Key responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Be topic owner for Allianz Direct’s transfer pricing activities, incl. stakeholder management and documentation.</li> <li>Monthly expense closing.</li> <li>Monthly and quarterly expense reporting for internal and external uses.</li> <li>Planning and ongoing forecasting of spend and its reflection in the financial statements of the organization.</li> <li>Be cost controller for one or more Allianz Direct tribes. </li> <li>Provide governance, analyses and reports to ensure company-wide expense discipline.</li> <li>Maintenance / Optimization of Cost Controlling model in SAP CO (cost allocations, cost center structures, recharging,…).</li> <li>Active participation in the ongoing development of the CoCA chapter of Allianz Direct.</li> <li>Implement and document inter and intracompany (re-)charging, incl. support transfer pricing documentation.</li> <li>Support business functions in understanding and managing their budget.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Qualifications/Key skills:</p> <ul> <li>Higher education degree in finance, business administration, mathematics, engineering, or another quantitative field.</li> <li>Strong analytical skills, a good grasp of quantitative methods.</li> <li>Experience with SAP CO and/or SAS, proficiency with MS Office suite</li> <li>English skills (written and spoken), additional languages a plus.</li> <li>Minimum 6 years relevant professional experience in financial controlling, investment, actuarial or risk, preferably in an operational unit.</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate financial topics for a non-finance audience.</li> <li>Highly self-driven and proactive mindset.</li> <li>Business maturity and ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders.</li> <li>Strong sense of cooperation and ability to work toward team success.</li> <li>Willingness to continuously learn and curiosity.</li> <li>Willingness to challenge oneself and counterparties to strive for continuous improvement.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Additional information <br/> We offer: Career development programs, Workwell@Allianz, Flexible working arrangements <br/> Please submit your applications only via our online tool.</p> <p><br/> 34120 | Finance &amp; Accounting | Professional | Allianz Direct | Full-Time | Permanent</p> <p> </p> <p>Allianz Group is one of the most trusted insurance and asset management companies in the world.
