Global Project Operations Manager

We are looking for a Global Project Operations Manager for a company in Västerås. Start is in November, 13 months limited contract to begin with. This role is 100% remote.

The role focuses on continuous improvement, Lean Six Sigma coaching, change enablement, and project leadership across multiple business areas.

You will support global functions such as R&D, Operations, Project Portfolio Management, HR, and Communications through:

• Coaching teams in Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Leading cross-functional improvement initiatives.
• Supporting organizational change management.
• Standardizing processes and sharing best practices.
• Driving efficiency and sustainability of improvement programs.
  
  Key Responsibilities

• Coach teams on Lean Six Sigma (L6S), using DMAIC, VSM, Kaizen and related tools.
• Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
• Collaborate across global teams to implement strategic and tactical initiatives.
• Support change management activities for new ways of working.
• Contribute to the development of continuous improvement standards and methodologies.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in project management, continuous improvement, and change management.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification with proven application.
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
• Experience working in complex, global organizations.
• Flexibility to work across time zones.

This role requires fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. 

This is a full-time consultant position  through Incluso. Start is in November, 13 months limited contract to begin with. This role is 100% remote.
