As a Store Manager, you play a key role in leading and developing Nelly’s Flagship Store in Copenhagen – both when it comes to improving ways of working and in the daily operations. You have full people responsibility and lead an engaged team that shares your passion for fashion and customer experience. Scheduling and planning are a natural part of your day-to-day work. With a strong focus on customer experience and clear direction from store and company goals, you lead your team to drive the business forward. Together with your team, you create a store where every customer has a memorable experience. We are looking for someone who wants to play a key role in developing and growing our business – and help shape the foundation of a successful and loved store. With some processes and routines still evolving, your expertise will be crucial in driving improvements and shaping the way we operate and grow.

To thrive and succeed in this role, you have previous experience as a Store Manager and enjoy combining administrative tasks with being present on the shop floor, close to both your team and customers. Your responsibilities include:

• Lead and take overall responsibility for the store together with the store management team, covering daily operations, sales performance, stock management, and team leadership
• Take ownership of sales performance and ensure the store achieves and follows up on its targets
• Overall store responsibility (ensuring execution of campaigns, visual merchandising, assortment, etc.)
• Coaching and motivating the team in daily work
• Staff scheduling, planning, and cost follow-up
• People responsibility, including recruitment, work environment, and employee development
• Combining time on the shop floor with administrative responsibilities

We are looking for someone who:

• Has several years of retail experience, including at least a couple of years as a Store Manager with strong results, preferably within fashion
• Is driven to deliver results with a strong understanding of business and commercial opportunities
• Has experience with scheduling and work environment management
• Understands how to consistently deliver a high level of service in a retail environment
• Is passionate about fashion, commercially driven, trend-aware, and understands the link between visual merchandising, customer experience, and sales
• Is comfortable using and creating content for social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok
• Is comfortable and experienced with POS systems and staff scheduling tools.
• Is solution-oriented, proactive, confident, and flexible in a fast-paced environment
• Truly loves customers, service, and fashion
