We are now looking for a Procurement Specialist to operate, optimize, and scale this established practice as Alma continues its rapid growth in France and across Europe. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a mature procurement function (<a href="https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/18avd5WY12QndJlvzFFS0ru4POxG_uJW7j2G5hJGGqeA/edit?usp=sharing">+/-10 M€</a> addressable spend projected in 2026), work autonomously on strategic sourcing projects, and directly impact business performance through smart supplier management and continuous improvement.</p> <h3><strong>🎯 Main missions</strong></h3> <h3><strong>1. Operate strategic sourcing & negotiations</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Lead end-to-end tender processes</strong> (RFQ/RFP) across all spend categories as contracts come up for renewal</li> <li><strong>Negotiate contracts</strong> with suppliers to secure optimal terms (pricing, SLAs, payment terms, exit clauses)</li> <li><strong>Conduct market intelligence</strong> and benchmarking to ensure competitive positioning</li> <li><strong>Manage suppliers selection</strong> in collaboration with internal stakeholders, ensuring data-driven decision-making</li> </ul> <h3><strong>2.
