This is a real ownership role: you’ll have genuine autonomy on the full procurement function while getting close support on our most complex topics.</p> <p><strong>This position is a CDI based in Paris.</strong></p> <h3><strong>💼 About the job</strong></h3> <p><strong>Operate strategic sourcing &amp; negotiations</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Lead end-to-end tender processes</strong> (RFQ/RFP) across all spend categories as contracts come up for renewal</li> <li><strong>Negotiate contracts</strong> with suppliers to secure optimal terms (pricing, SLAs, payment terms, exit clauses)</li> <li><strong>Conduct market intelligence</strong> and benchmarking to ensure competitive positioning</li> <li><strong>Manage suppliers selection</strong> in collaboration with internal stakeholders, ensuring data-driven decision-making</li> </ul> <p><strong>Act as procurement business partner</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Support all departments</strong> in their procurement needs through advisory, process guidance, and hands-on sourcing assistance</li> <li><strong>Manage Payflows workflow</strong> and ensure compliance with spend thresholds (&lt;10k / &gt;50k) and approval processes</li> <li><strong>Facilitate cross-functional projects</strong> requiring procurement involvement (e.g., PoCs, pilot programs, new tool evaluations)</li> <li><strong>Serve as the procurement point of contact</strong> for operational teams w
