We are now looking for a Procurement Specialist to operate, optimize, and scale this established practice as Alma continues its rapid growth in France and across Europe. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a mature procurement function (<a href="https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/18avd5WY12QndJlvzFFS0ru4POxG_uJW7j2G5hJGGqeA/edit?usp=sharing">+/-10 M€</a> addressable spend projected in 2026), work autonomously on strategic sourcing projects, and directly impact business performance through smart supplier management and continuous improvement.</p> <h3><strong>🎯 Main missions</strong></h3> <h3><strong>1. Operate strategic sourcing &amp; negotiations</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Lead end-to-end tender processes</strong>&nbsp;(RFQ/RFP) across all spend categories as contracts come up for renewal</li> <li><strong>Negotiate contracts</strong>&nbsp;with suppliers to secure optimal terms (pricing, SLAs, payment terms, exit clauses)</li> <li><strong>Conduct market intelligence</strong>&nbsp;and benchmarking to ensure competitive positioning</li> <li><strong>Manage suppliers selection</strong>&nbsp;in collaboration with internal stakeholders, ensuring data-driven decision-making</li> </ul> <h3><strong>2. Act as procurement business partner</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Support all departments</strong>&nbsp;in their procurement needs through advisory, process guidance, and hands-on sourcing assistance</li> <li><strong>Manage Payflows workflow</strong>&nbsp;and ensure compliance with spend thresholds (&lt;10k / &gt;50k) and approval processes</li> <li><strong>Facilitate cross-functional projects</strong>&nbsp;requiring procurement involvement (e.g., PoCs, pilot programs, new tool evaluations)</li> <li><strong>Serve as
