Who we’re looking for:

RESTAURANT MANAGER

Amazing restaurants don’t get that way by chance—they all have dependable, disciplined, detail-oriented managers at the helm. Our Restaurant Manager is responsible for the management, direction and organization of all restaurant operations, right down to ensuring that the food and beverage quality and service maintains impeccable standards while maximizing profits.

What to expect:

Here are a few things that will make your days full and rewarding:

1. Heading up restaurant functions: food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, company policies and procedures, team member management, recordkeeping, and preparation of reports.
2. Ensuring consistency with company SOPs including proper ordering, receiving, rotation and waste disposal.
3. Estimating food needs, placing orders with distributors, and scheduling the delivery of fresh food and supplies.
4. Ensuring that the restaurant department operates within budgetary parameters.
5. Adhering to company standards and servicing levels to increase sales and minimize costs, including food, beverage, supply, utility and labor costs.

Your experience and qualifications:

1. Two-year degree from an accredited University in Hotel and Restaurant Management or related major.
2. Five plus years in a fast paced restaurant, bar or coffee shop.
3. Food Handler’s permit required.
4. Knowledge and application of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures.
5. Ability to effectively interact with all guests and team members in a polite and positive manner.
6. Provide a “lead by example” approach in an effort to create a positive team culture.
7. Proficient at fulfilling guest requests in a thorough and timely manner.

Pay: $83,000.00 per year
