We’re seeking a Senior Manager of Accounting to lead the end-to-end accounting close cycle, ensuring timely financial close and GAAP-compliant reporting. Strengthen controls, drive accounting policy enhancements, and partner with cross-functional teams to support strategic goals. This role will report to the Director of Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the accounting close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with GAAP and global accounting standards
• Oversee financial consolidation and intercompany accounting, ensuring accuracy and compliance across global entities
• Own and manage various accounting platforms from a business perspective, ensuring systems support operational needs
• Strengthen internal controls and support SOX compliance to maintain financial accuracy and integrity
• Drive the adoption of automation, AI, and innovative technologies to streamline accounting processes and enhance operational efficiency
• Mentor and develop a high-performing accounting team, cultivating a culture of collaboration, critical thinking, and continuous improvement
• Function as a strategic partner across Accounting, Technical Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Internal Audit and Finance
• Manage all aspects of NetSuite reporting
• Provide ad-hoc support to leadership teams

 Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
• Active CPA license
• Minimum of 10 years of general accounting experience in industry and/or a public accounting firm with a minimum of 5 years of management experience
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
• Ability to leverage technology to build scalable processes, gain efficiencies, streamline accounting operations and improve outcomes
• Strong attention to detail, exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Proven ability to build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of NetSuite ERP
