Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our rapidly growing global organization as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition. As a key member of our People & Culture department, you will play a crucial role in fueling our expansion by developing and executing talent acquisition strategies to attract, assess, and hire top talent. This role requires a visionary leader with extensive experience in recruitment and team leadership, who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, global environment.

Salary range is $165,000-$185,000 plus bonus.

Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies aligned with the organization's rapid growth objectives.
- Leadership: Provide visionary leadership and direction to the talent acquisition team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and agility.
- Recruitment Process Optimization: Streamline and optimize the recruitment process to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate experience, while adapting to the changing needs of a rapidly growing organization.
- Employer Branding: Partner with marketing and communications teams to enhance employer brand awareness and attract top talent, positioning the organization as an employer of choice in the competitive talent market.
- Talent Pipelining: Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates to support the organization's rapid growth trajectory.
- Technology Utilization: Leverage cutting-edge technology and data analytics to drive recruitment innovation, improve decision-making, and measure recruitment effectiveness in a rapidly evolving landscape.
- Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to all relevant employment laws, regulations, and internal policies throughout the recruitment process, especially in the context of rapid expansion.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, vendors, and partners to supplement internal recruitment efforts and scale recruitment operations as needed to support rapid growth.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Partner with the DEI team to develop initiatives to attract and retain a diverse workforce that reflects the communities we serve, driving innovation and excellence through diverse perspectives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with hiring managers, department heads, and senior leadership to understand evolving hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with rapid growth objectives.
- Metrics and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure recruitment effectiveness, track progress, and provide real-time insights to senior leadership to inform strategic decision-making.
- Training and Development: Provide ongoing training, mentoring, and professional development opportunities to the OVG organization on best practices to equip them with the skills and capabilities needed to excel in a high-growth environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 8+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in a high-growth environment.
- Prior experience in building a function for an international organization, desired
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies that support rapid organizational growth and expansion, domestically and Internationally.
