Population health management is deeply rooted in cutting edge analytics. Navvis has assembled a team of experienced and passionate health care analysts and data scientists who work across the organization and expose opportunities to facilitate better health amongst the people we serve. We demonstrate our capabilities to prospective partners by establishing ROI models with our Finance team, designing data models with our IT team, measuring productivity and efficiency for our Operations team, and predicting adverse events with our Clinical team. As the Senior Director of Technical Solutions, you will:  

· Work at the intersection of Navvis internal business intelligence developers and technical engineers, Navvis data and technology teams and technical vendors to deliver right place/right time analytical solutions across the enterprise 

· Oversee a technical team working as the single point of execution and automation for Navvis analytics data procurement, Power BI builds, Creator Studio builds 

· Create and manage a work lifecycle process for data procurement, dynamic dashboards, and Standard Reporting Package  

· Serve as the Analytics representative in meetings pertaining to data requirements, validation, or procurement from client partners 

· Identify risks and opportunities with current processes as it relates to available data and data integrity for the Analytics teams  

· Create and maintain a platform roadmap as it relates to evolving the Power BI and tech platform use cases in a manner that meets Navvis core business objectives and optimizes Navvis investments in technology 

· Has in-depth understanding and expertise related to all aspects of current and pending client relationships to proactively assess the scalable analytics tools needed to support 

· Provide exceptional influence and facilitation of solution-oriented discussions and collaboration with Market Enablement teams, Analytics and Market Economics teams 

· Act as subject matter expert on Navvis’ proprietary platform and technology  

· Maintain and grow skillset of the Strategic Analytics Delivery team through online learning, collaborative skills share, and demonstrated command of the Navvis current and evolving technical landscape

A day in the life:  

· As senior director of technical solutions, you will provide leadership to a team of data visualization, technical engineering, and business intelligence developers to support market specific and enterprise analytics asset development 

· Ensure communication of dependencies and deadlines across Market and Solution Operations based project management teams, escalation tracking mechanisms, and other workplans where analytics assets are dependent and referenced 

· Plan, coordinate, and develop high quality, specialized documents, written reports, and presentations for internal and external customers related to development roadmap and processes 

· Accountable for the timely delivery of standard and ad hoc reports, extracts and dashboards as prepared by the Analytics Insights team 

· Mentor members of the Analytics Insights team, empowering teams to deliver efficient and quality client-facing analytical bodies of work 

· Manage projects, meetings, and communications as it relates to assigned deliverables with exemplary problem solving and proactive solutioning 

What success looks like in this role:  

· Single point of ownership for Navvis and client-partner technical analytics delivery 

· Delivery of best-in-class objective data analysis tools in professionally prepared formats  

· Strong relationship building at the intersection of data, technology, and analytics  

· Contribution of ideas and concepts to advance relevant analytical capabilities
