The Senior Cyber Technology Specialist (SCT) role is a dynamic and varied customer focused technical position. SCTs provide technical and cyber defense expertise in pre-sale and post-sales accounts, working together with our Cyber Account Managers to develop strategies to ensure customer needs are met.

Darktrace is currently expanding its technical team to accommodate a rapidly growing customer base and accelerating revenue. We are looking to hire senior figure within the  team to drive continuous growth in the region. You'll be provided with extensive training and support as you further your existing skills in this role.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Key Account Team to develop strategic and technical account plans
  • Walk customers and prospects through demos and Proof of Value for Darktrace in their environment
  • Identify new opportunities for upsells by creating and developing strong technical relationships with customers and channel partners
  • Collaborate with Customers on Technology reviews, product findings, and integration with other technologies they may have
  • Support responses to RFIs/RFPs
  • Design deployment plans and architectures for customers

Qualifications & Experience

  • 2-7 years of experience in a software sales engineer or technical account manager role; experience in cybersecurity strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success in selling to and supporting Fortune 500 organizations
  • Experience in consultative selling and POV success criteria definition
  • Strong knowledge in both on-premise and cloud networking
  • Confident, polished communicator with a proven ability to build lasting, critical business relationships
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM discipline with a GPA of 3.5 or higher preferred
