Lodging Housekeeper

Description

Essential Function:

Play an instrumental role in the Lodge’s operational success by maintaining room cleanliness to provide a high-end experience to guests and residents

Reports to:

Director of Facility Maintenance

Lodge Housekeeping

Subject to Overtime

Housekeeping staff will be responsible for the following:

•  Flip and Clean Lodge Rooms in appropriate time frame
•  Cleaning, inside and out, of Lodge premises daily, weekly, monthly or as designated by check list.
•  Change linens and clean bathrooms
•  Set up for scheduled children’s parties such as tee-pees 
•  Clean patios, cobwebs outside the building, & wipe down golf carts 
•  Vacuum or mop all floors on premises daily, weekly or as designated by check list.
•  Dust and or clean all furniture daily, weekly or as designated by check list.
•  Wash all windows on premises daily, weekly or as designated by check list.
•  Work from detailed cleaning list within the time frame assigned to each item.  
•  Replace towels and empty trash from rooms daily
•  Maintain Lodge storage in a neat and orderly manner.
•  Accomplish any other task assigned by Department Head.
•  Must be able to lift 20lbs
•  Must, at all times, be wearing shoes that are both slip and oil resistant
•  Accomplish all tasks in a friendly and respectful manner to all members, Guests, and Co-Workers.

Requirements

Job Type: Full Time and Part Time available

Pay Scale: beginning at $16.00 per hour depending on Housekeeping experience.
