Job Description

This is an exceptional opportunity for a detail-oriented bookkeeper to join the corporate accounting team of a thriving hospitality management company. You’ll play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the day-to-day financial operations that keep this multi-property organization running smoothly. Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate daily bank reconciliations for corporate accounts, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded and balanced
  • Record and process financial transactions with precision in QuickBooks and other accounting systems
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, maintaining strong vendor and client relationships
  • Generate, process, and track invoices for corporate operations to ensure timely payment collection
  • Provide essential support for payroll processing and related accounting tasks
  • Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date financial records across multiple accounting platforms
  • Assist with month-end closing procedures specifically for corporate financials
  • Collaborate with the existing accounting team to provide seamless bookkeeping support
  • Follow established procedures and standard operating practices while maintaining high accuracy standards


Requirements


  • QuickBooks certification and demonstrated proficiency in the platform
  • Solid experience with US accounting principles and standard practices
  • Previous experience working with international clients, with preference for US-based companies
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all financial record keeping
  • Strong proficiency in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes and best practices
  • Proven experience with bank reconciliations and systematic transaction recording
  • Working knowledge of basic payroll processing procedures and requirements
  • Ability to work independently while following established procedures and protocols
  • Strong communication skills for remote collaboration with team members
  • Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup for remote work
