Global Business Analyst, Client Operations - Healthcare

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Global Business Analyst, Client Operations - Healthcare supports the operational activities essential to managing and growing IPG global healthcare client relationships.

The individual that goes into this role will support coordination of global client operations activities to support several IPG OA Healthcare accounts, creation of reports and maintain reporting initiatives to support IPG clients and agencies including creating/updating/maintaining various PowerPoint documents including org charts, Ways of Working, etc. alongside updating scopes of work in client system/etool.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Support existing clients: work with agencies to respond to operational client requests; collect and review agency SOWs
• Prepare client business reporting including agency spend and creative work by market/brand; document savings delivered by agencies to clients
• Collect data from client level bi-annual performance reviews and share with Business Leads; prepare client update presentations
• Maintain status reports of SOWs, Change Orders, provide updates, distribute to agency teams
• Work with agency teams to collect data and various details
• Update/maintain existing Ways of Working PPT, distribute to agency teams
• Assist with management of record keeping reports and documents for Client directed Compliance Training , communicate with agency team members
• Update/maintain various tracking reports for multiple clients and agency team members
• Assist with updating business intelligence resources, including:
• Global healthcare client database
• Repository of credentials presentations
• Key client and agency contact lists
• Competitive intelligence & healthcare intelligence
• New business tracking reports and client activity reports
• Perform Ad Hoc Requests

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree 
• 3+ years of healthcare agency experience, in Account/Project Management operations
• Experience working in healthcare agencies. Prior global experience a strong plus
• Strong data analysis and data presentation skills; detail oriented
• Flexibility to shift priorities based on client needs and requests
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with various agency partners and team members
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; proficient in advanced functions and formulas to perform VLOOKUP, pivot tables, charts, graphs and data capture
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Word)
• Flexibility to work across different time zones with partners around the world

NYC SALARY RANGE: 

• The salary range for this position is $95,000 to $124,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
